Shipping & Delivery Policy
When an order is received it is packaged and kept ready to be shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekend (Friday) and holidays.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer free delivery of all the products within the Kingdom of Bahrain. If you require your order to arrive sooner, it can be delivered via an expedited method at an additional fee. Please contact us for details and options.
International Shipping:
All International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
For the International orders, once the order is dispatched it will take 5-10 business days
To help us deliver faster please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including postal code/zip code and a valid mobile number. Three attempts will be made by our courier partner to deliver the package and after that, the package will be returned to us.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the order. Ella Jewellery WLL cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the courier office and remain uncollected.
We will update you regarding the dispatch & delivery status of your order via email or WhatsApp.
Ella will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping address or billing details. In case there is a mistake in the shipping address please email or call us immediately.
Ella is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in the delivery of an order. Ella is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Taxes / Customs Duties
For orders for delivery within Bahrain, the mandatory VAT applicable (10%) will be charged at the time of the checkout.
All the orders which are to be delivered outside the Kingdom of Bahrain may be subject to country-specific customs duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
Customs may charge you a tax (or other fees such as brokerage fees) upon pickup of the product which is the buyer’s responsibility.
Our courier services will advise and collect the relevant taxes applicable in your respective countries upon delivering your order. If there are customs duties, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you.
Apart from the applicable VAT, we do not collect any duties or other taxes while you are ordering on the website.
Any additional charge towards import/ customs duties or taxes if any, may be levied by the customs authority. Our courier partner may get in touch if any customs duties or taxes have to be paid. These charges are to be borne by the receiver and Ella Jewellery WLL has no control over these charges.

When ordering from any brand on our website you are considered the buyer on record and you must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country from which you are ordering the products.

Returns & Cancellations
You can return a purchased item by visiting our store in Seef Mall or you can have it shipped / delivered back to:

Products must be shipped/delivered back at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address or refusal to pay fees, we will issue you a partial refund.
The following cannot be refunded
- Shipping / delivery charges cannot be refunded.
- VAT amount cannot be refunded, applicable for residents of Bahrain
- No cash refund for jewellery items. You can exchange the jewellery for another jewellery of your choice. Any difference in price has to be paid separately.
Refunds for Ella Art and Ella Impressions will be given as money back and will be issued upon receipt of the returned products.
Customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and for any additional custom fees for the returned package. Those charges will be deducted from the order total and the remaining balance, if any, is the amount that will be refunded.
All return merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Depends on the credit card companies.
Orders paid using PayPal cannot be processed at our end. Once an email is sent to PayPal that the returned item has been received then the refund will take place.
Exchanges
It is possible to exchange a product ordered with another product. You will be responsible for arranging to have the product(s) returned to us for the exchange to happen.
Cancellations
